Whether you book online or call, make sure you add the 'Extra 15 minutes for new clients' to your service(s) so we can spend extra time on our consultation and getting to know you and your hair.
This is an education- focused salon. Please remember that when you schedule with a Junior Stylist, they are still learning. We always work as a team, so never hesitate to ask them to grab another Stylist if you feel like something's lost in translation.
Our goal here is to build the confidence with newer Stylists. If we don't give them opportunity to make a mistake and then LEARN from the experience, we are not doing our job as mentors.
