All services show a starting price and can increase based on hair length or texture or additional services rendered/requested. Please consult with your stylist for any further questions.

Not all stylists perform all services that olive + elm provide. We do our very best at keeping our booking site current but occasionally we may have to adjust your appointment to fit you with the best provider for the service(s) you will be receiving.

 

Please note that the number of sessions needed may vary based on your desired result. For example, we cannot safely take your black hair platinum in one session.

We guarantee all our services. All Service adjustments must be performed within two weeks of initial appointment or additional charges may apply.

We know you love your kids but please be aware that a salon is no place for children. There are expensive, hot and sharp tools. We also cannot guarantee there won't be less than desirable language. For the comfort and relaxation of all our guests and staff, children will only be permitted if receiving a service and cannot be left unattended at any point.

We get it. Things happen. However, olive + elm requires a minimum of 48 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment. There are multiple ways to reach out to the salon when you find out you won't be able to make your appointment.

We do require a credit card saved securely on file for all guests. 

​

Less than a 48 hour notice will be charged a 50% rebooking fee to be paid before your next appointment. This fee can be applied to your next hair appointment.

No-Shows will be automatically charged the 50% of the missed service(s). If you choose to schedule with us again, we can credit the fee to your account to be used in the future.

A second No-Show will result in a 100% fee in the amount of the missed service(s) with no option to reschedule.

IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED WITH AN INDEPENDENT STYLIST, THE STYLISTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT CREDIT YOUR LATE CANCEL/NO-SHOW CHARGE

Share your love of olive + elm and get rewarded! For every friend you send us, receive $25 towards your next visit!! Your friend will also get $25 to use towards their first visit!!

Minimum $50 service to receive $25 discount. For services under $50, we are happy to give a $15 discount.

Referred friend must be 18 or older and live within 25 miles of the salon.

We LOVE the products we use and we hope you do too. However, if for some reason, you are not thrilled with your product purchase, just bring it back within 60 days. We'll exchange it for something you will love. Promise.
